自一九九三年七月起，每年舉辦「社會發展研修班」，至今已舉辦七屆，共有約二百多名學員參與研修。參與的學員多為各種改革運動的工作者、或積極參與的義工。研修班的課程以「台灣社會分析」、「價值觀反省」、「組織工作實務」為主題，均邀請專精台灣研究的學者、或具長期組織經驗的專家擔任講師。每屆研修班的課程總時數為一百廿小時，上課期間三個月。
